InteR3M Release Notes

InteR3M v1.0.0 (March, 2023) contains a total of 400,892 RRM domain instances from 256,266 unique proteins and from 19 different Pfam families. It also contains 550 structures of RNA-RRM complexes from the PDB, and 457,933 amino-acid - nucleotide contacts extracted from those structures, out of which 1,926 are stacking interactions. InteR3M also covers 398 non-structural experiments (RRM-RNA binding assays) retrieved from the literature.
